About.

Design has always been a constant in my life. A lot of my childhood upbringing was spent roaming my father's art studio, it was in this environment that I discovered my passion for design.

I pursued a job in advertising after getting a diploma in Creative Advertising but ultimately decided to pivot and go back to school for Classic Art and Design Fundamentals. In that first month, I won a class design contest and knew I had made the right choice.

Halfway through the first semester, I got a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn web design. The internet was still young and was moving so fast there weren't any academic curriculums that could teach it. This opportunity took me to California where I ended up spending two years as an unpaid intern. I joined a small firm of only one designer and one developer. When I began, I was an aspiring graphic designer, but when I left, I had learned the art of web design as well as front-end development.

Fast forward, I now have 15 years of design experience and a proven track record of leading both design-centric as well as cross-functional teams. Through my career experiences, I have market insight into both B2B and B2C industries including Sports, Entertainment, Fin Tech, Healthcare and Ad Tech.

I’ve worked with an incredible range of clients in my career so far including Pixar, Lauren Powell Jobs, National Hockey League and Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment to name a few.

When I'm not designing, you can find me mentoring the next generation of designers on ADPlist, hanging with the fam, or hitting the slopes.
